STL Soccer.net Main Site Message Board
Registration is required to participate in discussions on the Main Site Message Board which is open to the general public. The following information is required in order to register: Email Address. Additional information is not required, but is optional: ICQ Number, AIM Address, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Website, Location, Occupation, Interests.
Verifiable Parental Consent is required for children under 13 years of age to participate on the Main Site Message Board. Before a child under 13 registers, they must print out this page which contains the parental consent form below and have it signed by the parent or legal guardian and then return it to STL Soccer.net via fax or regular mail. STL Soccer.net Team Message Board and Roster/Player Information
The individual Team web sites contain areas in which personally identifiable information will be stored and viewed by only those persons with the team password. Team passwords will be administered by each team’s management and given to all team players and team management. Each team's management will issues parental consent forms to the players on their team. Each team’s management is responsible for obtaining parental consent in writing for children under 18 before entering any personally identifiable information into the database. Information collected may include: Name, Nickname, Birthdate, Parent's Names, Address, Phone, Parents Email, Height, Weight, Position, Number, Soccer Stats, Years with Team, Hobbies, Interests.
Cookies may also be used to store non-personally identifiable information and serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one). Cookies, by themselves, do not contain personally identifiable information. However, by registering on our site, this information may be linked to the data stored in the cookies.

How this information is used.
We do not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties for any reason. On the STL Soccer.net Message Board, a registered user’s profile is viewable to site visitors only if the registered user has opted to allow his/her information viewable in his/her profile settings. On the individual team pages, information is viewable only with a password.
New Consent If Change in This Policy
If we change the way we collect, use or disclosure your child's personal information we will send you a new notice and request for another consent. For example, if in the future we want to disclose the child's information to third parties we will provide you with a new notice and ask for your consent before we disclose any personal information to third parties.
Account Revisions
You may review, correct, update, or delete your child's personal information that has been provided to us at any time. To do this please contact us at the information below and we will contact you about reviewing and/or editing your child's information.
Revoking and Deleting Your Consent
At any time, you may revoke your consent, refuse to allow us to further use or collect your child's personal information, and direct us to delete the information. If you choose to delete your child's information, STL Soccer.net will not use it for any purpose except where required by applicable laws, regulations, or standards.

While the administrators and moderators of the STL Soccer.net Message Board will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. You also agree not to name specific individuals in a negative or hateful manner. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions.
